		<description>I think that if a city, county, or state government chooses to restrict their citizens ability to own, or carry firearms for self protection. That city, county or state government should be held fully liable criminally and civilly for failure to protect your life. If your government takes away a citizens right to self defense,  they assume the responsibility for your protection 24/7. If you are a victim of a violent crime you should be able to sue the government entity for failure to protect you.</description>
