The case concludes with ABC prevailing on its infringement claim. John Doefiles a lawsuit against ABC and its attorney (Law firm of Will Cheatem and Howe) in the previous lawsuit. In the suit filed by Doe, would ABC Company and it's attorney be considered to have been in 'privity' in the suit ABC vs Doe???
